| It was a hot day and I had the ac on when it happened to me. Anyway then as I got off the freeway I noticed a good amount of smoke and misfiring. It still ran ok for a while though I had lifter tick sometimes and smoke between shifts. I also had 555's but wasn't running race gas. Diagnostics later showed 90psi in #6 cylinder. Oil was also running up through the intake piping on the DS. So at some point I must have blown the turbo. Well finally after the engine was torn down the real problem had been found. The piston somehow blew a hole in the upper ring land area. Luckily the cylinder walls didn't get scored. That was in November of last year. Fast forward to today and now theres a new Beast here in town.. See past history for details.
